(Order of the Court was made the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Ms.G.Devi, learned counsel for the petitioner; Dr.C.Ravichandran, learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 and Prof.M.Udayabhanu, learned counsel for the third respondent.

2. The grievance of the petitioner is that unauthorised construction has been put up by the third respondent at No.13/5, Agatheeswarar Koil Street, Villivakkam, Chennai - 600 049, hence the petitioner has prayed that directions be issued to respondents 1 and 2 to remove the said unauthorised construction.

3. The learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 has tendered a counter affidavit wherein it is stated that Locking and Sealing Notice dated 3.6.2019 was sent through registered post to the third respondent in relation to the unauthorised structure. The learned counsel for respondents 1 and 2 further states that after the period mentioned in the said notice is over, they will proceed in accordance with law in relation to the unauthorised structure put up by the third respondent.
