O R D E R

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Pondy) states that Final Report in Crime No.181 of 2019 has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Karaikal through on-line on 04.04.2024. 2.

In view of the above fact, the prayer in the petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. The trial Court shall take up the final report on file and complete the trial as expeditiously as possible, in view of the fact that the matter has already bee delayed at the investigation stage for more than five years.
