3. The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that he has handed over the possession of the suit property to the Civil Revision Petitioner who is the landlord during the Execution Proceedings and now, nothing survives in this petition.

4. As there is no representation for the petitioner and also by taking note of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this Civil Revision Petition is ordered as dismissed.
