ORDER

The petitioner has come to this Court seeking issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of his appeal bearing Na.Ka.No.1842/2009/A2 on merits within a stipulated period.

sought four weeks time to consider the pending appeal of the petitioner.

3. Recording his statement, this Court hereby directs the first respondent to consider the pending appeal preferred by the petitioner on merits and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
