This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent not to harass the petitioner except due process of law.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, Mr.V.Meganathan, learned Government Advocate (crl. side) would submit that the petitioner's sister one Santhi Pathiram is an accused in Crime No.190 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of IPC on the complaint of Premadevi. He would submit that the petitioner's sister is absconding, thereby, in order to find out the whereabouts of the petitioner's sister, the second respondent has summoned the petitioner. Other than that the second respondent is not harassing the petitioner.

3. It is made clear that if the respondents wants to enquire https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

the petitioner, due summons would be issued to the petitioner in accordance with law. Thereafter, the petitioner shall appear for enquiry and during the course of enquiry, the petitioner shall not be harassed by the respondents.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
