Today when the matter was taken up for hearing, it was submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner was not interested to pursue the case. He has also filed a memo to that effect which reads as under:

"2. Challenging the recovery order the above writ petition was filed. Now the petitioner is not interested to pursue the case. Hence, the writ may be closed without further adjudication"

2. Recording the memo filed by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the writ petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
