Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to amend the Surrender and Sureties satisfaction court mentioned in Para No.7 as Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhachalam instead of Judicial Magistrate No.2, Cuddalore, passed in Crl.O.P.No.8701/2020 dated 15.06.2020.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.C.VISHWANTH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to amend the surrender and sureties satisfaction court mentioned in Para No.7, in the order dated 15.06.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8701 of 2020 as Judicial Magistrate No.II, Virudhachalam instead of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Cuddalore.
