2. The defendants are residing outside the territorial jurisdiction of this Court. The plaintiff is carry on business at Chennai. It is alleged that the defendants are trying to infringe the copy right of his film by screening it through video and audio mode.

3. Since a prima facie case is being made out by the plaintiff to grant leave to sue, this Court is inclined to allow this application. Accordingly, the application is allowed.
