This application has been filed to condone the delay of 27 days in filing this Original petition filed by the applicant. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that as directed by this Court, the applicant made the pre-deposit of 75% of the award amount. Therefore, the interim stay already granted by this Court may be made absolute.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, this application is ordered and the delay is condoned. Further the interim stay already granted by this Court on 01.07.2024, is extended till the disposal of the Arbitration Original Petition.
