PRAYER in Crl.O.P.No.8901 of 2019 :Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner & other organizers including the land owner of the private lands situated in R.S.No.465/4 of 46. Pudhur "B" Village, Modakurichi Taluk, Erode District where the discussion Stage ("Korikkai-Vivaadha Medai") is going to be held on 07.04.2019 from 5.00 p.m to 9.30 p.m.

C O M M O N O R D E R These Criminal Original Petitions have been filed seeking for a direction to the respondents to give police protection to the petitioner's and not to harass the petitioner's during discussion stage("Korikkai-Vivaadha Medai") which is going to be held on 07.04.2019 from 5.00 p.m, to 9.30 p.m, in the private lands situated in R.S.No.465/4 of 46. Pudhur "B" Village, Modakurichi Taluk, Erode District on the basis of the representation dated 31.03.2019 given by the petitioner. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the permission sought for in the petition is granted on the condition that the stage discussion is only from 6.00 p.m. To 8.00 p.m. Hence, he prayed to extend the time till 9.00 p.m. 3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.

Side) for the respondents. 4.Considering the above facts and circumstance of the case, the condition No.2 alone is modified to the effect that the time is extended upto 9.30 p.m instead of 8.00 p.m. However, the respondent shall ensure that the petitioner complete the debate programme by 9.30 p.m. If the petitioner violates any of the condition, it is open to the third respondent to take appropriate action in accordance with law.

5.With the above direction, these Criminal Original Petitions are disposed of.
