When this Writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that in view of the orders passed in W.P.No.15726 of 2014, dated 18.6.2014, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition and hence, he sought for dismissal of the writ petition.
2. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected MPs 1 and 2 of 2014 are closed.
