The petitioner filed this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition to modify the amount in condition No.(i) to deposit Rs.75,000/- to the credit of Jurisdictional Tahsildar, imposed by this Court in Crl.R.C.No.189 of 2020 on 20.02.2020 is that the petitioner

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State.

3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified. However, the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand Only) before the Jurisdictional Tahsildar as non-refundable deposit.
