The petitioner is the wife of the respondent. She has filed the above Transfer C.M.P. to transfer I.D.O.P.No.150 of 2013 on the file of District Court, Cuddalore to the file of Family Court, Puducherry to be tried along with O.S.No.23 of 2013.

2. The petitioner herein filed the suit in O.S.No.23 of 2013 before the Family Court, Puducherry for restitution of conjugal rights, while the respondent-husband filed I.D.O.P.No.150 of 2013 on the file of District Court, Cuddalore to declare the marriage as null and void.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that both the petitioner and the respondent are residing at Pondicherry and hence, this court could issue direction to transfer I.D.O.P.No.150 of 2013 pending on the file of District Judge, Cuddalore to try along with O.S.No.23 of 2013, on the file of the Family Court, Puducherry

4. In these circumstances, I direct for withdrawal of I.D.O.P.No.150 of 2013 on the file of District Judge, Cuddalore and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to transfer the same to the Family Court, Puducherry to be tried along with O.S.No.23 of 2013.
