This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3291 of 2024 on 19.02.2024.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police at 10.30 a.m. on the 1st and 15th day of every month, until further orders.
