2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the 1st Respondent police have filed a F.I.R in Crime No. 92 of 2019 on 22.06.2019.

3. In view of the development no further orders are required to be passed in this petition. Accordingly, this Criminal Original petition is closed.
