ORDER
The petitioner, alleging non-compliance of the order passed in WP.No.14802/2015 dated 20.05.2015, came forward to file the present contempt petition.
The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent submitted that the order, which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with, vide G.O.Ms.No.875, Home [Police-3] Department, dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 02.12.2016. He has also produced a copy of the said
Government Order before this Court, which is taken on file and record.
Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner.
In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed.
