O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this petition to relax the condition in Crl.O.P.No.6022 of 2020 from appearing daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., before the respondent police station.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that originally the petitioner is granted bail on condition that he shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., and 5.30 p.m., until further orders. He further submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions and due to Corona pandemic situation, the petitioner is having inconvenience to appear before the respondent police. Hence, he seeks to relax the said condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Gudiyattam Town Police Station, twice a week i.e., Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders." The other conditions imposed by this Court shall remain unaltered. This petition is ordered accordingly.
