(The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 12.01.2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 294 (b), 302 and 506(ii) IPC in Crime No.4 of 2020, seeks bail. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that the petitioner has been detained under Act 14 of 1982. 3.Recording the same, this petition stands closed. The petitioner is granted liberty to renew the bail petition after the disposal of HCP.
