When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the trial in C.C.No.5897 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate Court No.III, Thirupattur District, had been completed and that the petitioners were acquitted, as a result of which, the prayer sought in this petition has become infructuous.

Recording the aforesaid submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
