2. This is a second bail petition filed by the petitioner. However, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner when the matter is taken up for hearing.

3. The case pertains to a retaliatory act following an earlier murder. It is alleged that this petitioner, along with others, murdered one Ulaganathan and also made an attempt to murder his mother.

4. Considering the serious nature of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
