4. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application and considering the fact that there is no serious objections on the side of the respondents, this application is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to take the written statement on file and post the suit on 03.08.2022 for 'framing of issues'. In the meanwhile, both the parties are directed to file draft issues.
