O R D E R

The revision petitioner who is the 1st defendant in O.S.No.6 of 2012 on the file of the Fast Track Court-1, Salem has come forward with the present Civil Revision Petition for a direction to the Trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.6/2012 within the time limit fixed by this Court.

2. Taking into account the narrow prayer made and also the fact that the written statement was filed as early as 01.08.2011 itself and the issues were framed on 05.06.2012 and the trial commenced on 03.07.2012, I am inclined to issue a direction to the Fast Track Court-1, Salem to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.6 of 2012 within a period of nine (9) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
