This present miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking to stay all the further proceedings in C.C.No.103 of 2023 pending on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ambur, Vellore pending disposal of the above Crl.R.C.No.640 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

3. This Court is not satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this criminal miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
