The defendants 5 to 7 in O.S.No.579 of 1998 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, are before this Court to fix an outer time limit for disposal of the civil suit.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. None appears on behalf
of the respondents.

3. The suit in O.S.No.579 of 1998 was filed for partition and separate possession. The petitioners were arrayed as defendants 5 to 7 in the civil suit. It is the grievance of the petitioners that follow up action was not taken by the plaintiffs to take evidence for disposal of the civil suit. The petitioners are therefore before this Court.
4. The learned Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore, is directed to dispose of the civil suit in O.S.No.579 of 1998, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
5. The civil revision petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
