O R D E R

The present Contempt Petition is taken up alleging the non compliance of the order dated 11.09.2015 made in W.P.No.28819 of 2015.

2. Heard the submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner who would submit that despite https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ the positive recommendation made, the request for

regularisation has been erroneously rejected by the respondent and prays for appropriate orders.

3. Per contra, the learned Government Advocate would submit that the recommendation has been taken into consideration and after elaborate discussion, a decision has been taken to reject the request made by the petitioner.

4. In the light of the said development, this Contempt Petition is closed and the petitioners are at liberty to challenge the order passed by the State Commission of Social Welfare and Physically challenged, K.K.Nagar, dated 06.04.2016 in accordance with the law before the competent forum.
