COMMON PRAYER: Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Certiorari to call for the records in connection with summon in Na.Ka.5429/2022/L.R.2 dated 04.04.2022 of 1st respondent and quash the same in respect of the petitioners' lands.

When these matters were taken up for hearing, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that, though the petitioners have filed these Writ petitions challenging the summon dated 04.04.2022 in Na.Ka.5429/2022/L.R.2 issued by the 1st respondent, however, during the pendency of these Writ petitions, enquiry was conducted and order was passed by the 1st respondent on 13.05.2022 in favour of the petitioners.
2. Recording the above said submission made by the learned Government Advocate, no further adjudication is required in these Writ Petitions. Accordingly, these writ petitions stands closed, however, petitioners are at liberty to workout the remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
