This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondents to investigate the case and file the final report in Crime No.271 of 2014, which is pending on the file of the 2nd respondent herein in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent submitted that a case in Crime No.271 of 2014 has been registered and is being investigated by the second respondent Police. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with a direction to the second respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report as expeditiously as possible.
