Respondents Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the entire records relating to the impugned order of the first respondent in his proceedings in No.20577/B2/2015 dated 22.07.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to promote the petitioner as per the seniority list published on 24.06.2013.
