Writ Petition filed under Section Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct the election or otherwise to appoint the Executive Officer to manage the Muslim Jamadh Pallivasal Aarapani Nirvagam, Athikadai, Thiruvarur in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2020. 3. The petitioner seeks for a Mandamus to direct the respondents to conduct the election or to appoint the Executive Officer to manage the Muslim Jamadh Pallivasal Aarapani Nirvagam, Athikadai, Thiruvarur, in pursuant to the petitioner's representation dated 06.06.2020.

4. It is stated that the petitioner is an Executive Member of Muslim Jamadh Pallivasal Aarapani Nirvagam, Athikadai, Thiruvarur, and the election to the said Jamadh has to be conducted for every two years. It is further stated that the said election has not been conducted after the earlier tenure which expired on 29.02.2020 and therefore, he made a representation dated 06.06.2020 for conducting election. It is stated that the said representation has not been considered so far.

5. This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner as it is for the respondents to consider and decide. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of only by directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 06.06.2020 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
