This petition has been filed to direct the respondent to give police protection to the petitioner to complete installation and commissioning of the telecommunication tower at S.F.No.67, Thundalam Village, Plot No.53, Sri Balaji Nagar, Ramanar Street, Iyyappanthangal, Chennai-77 as per the petitioner's complaint dated 23.06.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It appears that the petitioner is installing telecommunication tower in the leased out land which is being objected by some neighbours. Taking into consideration the nature of the allegations, the respondent Police is directed to look into the nature of the petition and give police protection as sought for by the petitioner.
