the file of the XII Assistant City Civil Court, Chennai. 2.Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the suit itself was dismissed on 30.01.2018 and in view of the same nothing survives in the Civil Revision Petition and the Civil Revision Petition has become infructuous. 3.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
