This Petition has been filed before this Court under the caption "For extension of time" along with the letter sent by the learned VII Additional Principal Judge, Chennai, in Dis.No.483/2021 dated 18.02.2021.

It is seen from the records, while disposing the petition in C.R.P(PD).No.2439 of 2018, this Court by an order dated 27.02.2019 directed the trial Court to dispose the petition in H.M.O.P.No.3355 of 2017, within a period of six months. However, the learned VII Additional Principal Judge, Chennai, has sent communication dated 18.02.2021 in Dis.No.483/2021 and sought further time to complete the above said proceeding.

Considering the above facts and circumstances of this case, this Court is inclined to grant six months time to complete the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.3355 of 2017, from the date of receipt of copy of this order. 29.04.2021 Note : Issue order copy on or before 30.04.2021 rts https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis/
