2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the first respondent.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, investigation has been completed in Crime No.532 of 2015 and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Alandur on 03.08.2015.
