Respondents Civil revision petition has been filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the trial Court to take the I.A.No. (unnumbered) of 2015 (Application No.5463 of 2003) in O.S.No.6592 of 2013 (C.S.No.1077 of 1992, High Court, Madras) on the file of the XV Additional Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai on file and renumber and dispose of the same.

The civil revision petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned XV Additional Judge, City Civil Court at Chennai Court to take the I.A.No. (unnumbered) of 2015 (Application No.5463 of 2003) in O.S.No.6592 of 2013 (C.S.No.1077 of 1992, High Court, Madras) on on file and renumber and dispose of the same.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioners has submitted that the revision petitioners have filed an application in I.A.No. (unnumbered) of 2015 in O.S.No.6592 of 2013 on the file of learned XV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to carryout necessary amendments in Application No.5463 of 2003 and the same is not numbered and disposed of till date. It is stated that though the suit is of the 2013, originally it was filed in the year 1992 on the Original Side of this Court and the same was transferred to the file of City Civil Court, Chennai in the year 2013 and the application filed in the year 2003 is not numbered till date.

3. In view of the above, the civil revision petition is disposed of, with a direction to the learned XV Additional Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai to take the I.A.No. (unnumbered) of 2015 (Application No.5463 of 2003) in O.S.No.6592 of 2013 (C.S.No.1077 of 1992, High Court, Madras) on file and renumber and dispose of the same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
