.. Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to produce the petitioner's wife namely Varalakshmi aged 28 years and petitioner's minor daughter namely Vaishnavi 7 years missing on 14.06.2015 and hand over the petitioner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA,J.,) The detenues viz., Varalakshmi and her minor daughter Vaishnavi were produced before this Court. The father of the detenue viz.,Varalakshmi is also present before this Court. 2.When enquired, the detenue expressed her willingness to continue to live with her father.

3.Under such circumstances, it is open to the petitioner to workout his remedy before the appropriate forum in the manner known to law.

4.Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
