O R D E R

The learned counsel for the revision petitioner has fairly

submitted before this Court that even though the revision petitioner has challenged the order dated 31.10.2017 in IA.No.401 of 2017, this Court is requested to mould the relief as prayed for in the petition by directing the trial court to dispose of the suit in OS.No.514 of 2014 at an earliest. The learned counsel for the revision petitioner has also submitted that there is no legal impediment to dispose of the said suit within the time as may be fixed by this Court.

2. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the revision petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the Additional Subordinate Court, Tirupur to dispose of the suit in OS.No.514 of 2014 on merits and in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.

3. The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with above direction. No costs.
