] This petition is filed to grant extension of time of 12 weeks to demolish the offending construction by the petitioner in compliance of the order passed in W.P.No.22688 of 2023, dated 04.01.2024.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this Court grants eight weeks' time to the petitioner from today, to comply with the directions issued by this Court vide order dated 04.01.2024 in W.P.No.22688 of 2023.

3.Accordingly, this petition is ordered.
