This petition has been filed to issue suitable order in directing learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal to dispose Crl.MP.No.252 of 2024 in CC.No.315 of 2023 expeditiously accordance with law within the time frame fixed by this Court.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed on record.
3. The petitioner had filed a case as against respondents 2 to 4 before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal in CC.No.315 of 2023, wherein Crl.MP.No.252 of 2024 was filed, which is pending. Since the same has not been considered by the said Court, the petitioner filed this present petition.
4. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Namakkal, is directed to complete the Trial in Crl.MP.No.252 of 2024 in CC.No.315 of 2023, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
