ORDER

[Order of the court was made by Justice M.M.SUNDRESH] The petitioner is the son of the detenu - Rajammal @ Rani, who is stated to be missing from 27.01.2019 onwards. He has come up with this petition seeking a direction to the respondent for production of his mother.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, submitted that investigation is still going on.

3. We are not inclined to keep this petition pending any longer, while investigation should continue and as and when the detenue is traced, she should be produced before the jurisdictional Magistrate. places and at the place where the detenue was last seen apart from checking with the mortuary in the nearby locality. This Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed accordingly with the above directions.
