Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records relating to the proceedings of the 1st respondent in Na.Ka.No. 1825/2020/PACS dated 08.05.2020 and to quash the same and consequently direct the 1st respondent herein to implement his proceeding Na.Ka.No. 2942/2019/PACS/B(9) dated 16.07.2019 to reinstate the petitioner with benefits.

This writ petition has been filed challenging the suspension order dated 08.05.2020 issued to the petitioner by the 1st respondent. When the writ petition is taken up, it is brought to the notice of 2\4

this Court by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 and 4 that subsequent to filing of this writ petition, final orders have been passed by the Disciplinary Authority dismissing the petitioner from service. He would further submit that since the petitioner has been dismissed from service subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, he will have to necessarily challenge the dismissal order in the manner known to him under law. Recording the submission made by the learned Standing Counsel for respondents 3 & 4 that final orders have been passed by the Disciplinary Authority dismissing the petitioner from service, the writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to challenge the dismissal order in the manner known to him under law. No costs. Connected W.M.P. is closed.
