ORDER

The petition has been filed to call for the records pertaining to the

impugned order passed by the 3rd Respondent bearing Ku. Aa No 37 / Ni. Bi / U.1 / Ko. O Na / 2023 dated 20.04.2023 is illegal and quash the same and subsequently direct the 3rd respondent to furnish the Charge memo and other document to the petitioner.

When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that nothing survives for consideration of this Court in this Writ Petition and therefore, the matter has become infructuous and also made an endorsement to that effect. 3.

In view of the above submission and endorsement made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
