] This petition is filed to condone the delay of 310 days in filing the Criminal Appeal against the judgment in S.C.No.130 of 2021 dated 03.03.2023 on the file of the learned XVIII Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai.

2. This Court is convinced with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition. Since the delay has been satisfactorily explained, the delay is condoned and this petition is allowed.

3. Registry is directed to number the Criminal Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and post the same in regular course.
