Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mrs.P.Kavitha, learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent/contemnor.

2.The learned Government Advocate submitted that the order of this Court which is the subject matter of contempt, has been complied with in the form of rejection https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ order dated 21.07.2016 passed by the District Revenue

Officer, Kancheepuram District, Kancheepuram. The learned Government Advocate also produced a copy of the said order before this Court. The same is taken on file and placed on record.

3.In the light of the same, the contempt petition is closed. The petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law before the competent forum.
