The above Writ Petition has been filed challenging the charge memo dated 23.10.2008.

It is now informed by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents that the enquiry was concluded and the punishment was also imposed. Therefore, he would submit that nothing survives for consideration of this Court and the matter has become infructuous.
