Heard Mr.S.Ayyadurai, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.T.Chezhiyan, learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents.

3. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this Court is inclined to dispense with the production of the original impugned order of the first respondent vide Government Letter (Standing) No.59/Pa.Ka.3 (1)/2021 dated 26/2/2021.
