The Revision Petitioner is the land lord and he has filed R.C.O.P.No.135 of 2015 on the file of Rent Controller cum Principal District

Munsif, Coimbatore, for eviction. The revision petitioner filed I.A.No.165 of 2015 in R.C.O.P.No.135 of 2015 under Section 11(1 to 4) of the Tamil Nadu Building Lease and Rent Control Act. The grievance of the petitioner is that the application is not disposed of expeditiously. Hence, the revision petitioner has filed this revision petition seeking for early disposal of I.A.No.165 of 2015.

2. During the pendency of the Civil Revision Petition, both parties entered into a compromise and a joint memo of compromise is filed, in which both parties have signed as well as the counsel for the respective parties have also signed.

3. This Civil Revision Petition is disposed of in terms of the joint memo of compromise. As submitted by the learned counsel for the parties, in view of the joint memo of compromise, nothing survives for adjudication in R.C.O.P.No.135 of 2015 and the same is also recorded. I am also of the view that R.C.O.P.No.135 of 2015 itself is disposed of in terms of the joint memo of compromise. The joint memo of compromise shall form part of the order. No costs.
