When the matters are taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the main suits were already dismissed as withdrawn by the first respondent. He also produced the copy of the order dismissing the suit as withdrawn. Therefore, the prayer sought for in the Civil Revision Petitions have become infructuous.
