Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition passed under order dated 21.03.2016 in CMP No.2107 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.146 of 2016 relating to appearance of the petitioner before the trial court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 am until further Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MOHIDEEN PICHAI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SRINIVASAN SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR FOR CBI CASES on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No.2107 of 2016 dated 21.03.2016, directing the petitioner to report before the trial Court, on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Special Public Prosecutor (CBI) for the respondent.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and that the petitioner is regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.MP.No. 2107 of 2016 dated 21.03.2016, condition is modified to appear before the trial Court once in three months, starting from the first week of May 2019.
