ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble R.Subramanian J.) The Petitioner seeks leave to file a review finding that the action of the petitioner as a Revenue Divisional Officer in rejecting the application for issuance of community certificate was flawed at every stage. We had, while allowing the writ petition, directed the Government to pay costs of https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

Rs.1,00,000/- and recover the same from the Officer concerned. Now, the concerned officer wants to seek review of the order in her individual capacity.
