ORDER

The Petitioner seeks leave to file a review finding that the action of the petitioner as a Revenue Divisional Officer in rejecting the application for issuance of community certificate was flawed at every stage. Rs.1,00,000/- and recover the same from the Officer concerned. Now, the concerned officer wants to seek review of the order in her individual capacity.
