This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the second respondent to register the petitioner's complaint dated 13.07.2015 and investigate the same in accordance with law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, a petition enquiry is pending in Crime No.2584 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) IPC.,

4. Recording the submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the respondent Police is directed to conduct enquiry expeditiously in accordance with law.
